Polish Paper Stars

Guys! I’m back! It’s been far too long since I’ve posted – I blame that on jetlag and laundry this week as we recover from our Poland and Holland adventure.

As a friend of mine asked last night, here are the best, worst and funniest parts of our trip:

Best: the food, especially the street food. Oh and the beverages.

Worst: Bad customer service from a mean cashier at a restaurant in Poland. Which is not a terrible thing, all things considered, so we lucked out.

Funniest: The stag party (read bachelor party) that we ran into and with whom we proceeded to have a hilarious evening.

The trip was fabulous and I’ll have a few more posts about it before I give it a rest. Until then, here’s a few links to get you through the weekend…

> Cups in Gaelic, 600 students strong.

> How I wish we stopped in London for this on our way home.

> Mike Tyson was everywhere in Poland.

> My Polish Paper Stars made it home in one piece!

> I read these on the trip. Couldn’t put them down.

> These were the best travel boots.

> I want a Dutch-style bike.

Well, that’s it for now! Have a great weekend and I’ll be back on track next week with a few posts.
